Jung So-min Reflects on Dating Rumors with Jung Hae-in “I Understand Why He Said ‘No Comment'”

In an interview with reporters in Gangnam, Seoul on the afternoon of Oct 8th, Jung So-min talked about Jung Hae-in, “The best part was how we exchanged ideas and opinions without any discomfort, enriching the scenes. It wasn’t something I could do alone, but it was possible because Jung Hae-in opened up to me.“

She praised, “Jung Hae-in is an actor with a lot of internal energy, and I felt he communicates a lot through his eyes. I was so happy when I heard about the casting, and I even thought it would be great to work with him again in another project someday. It couldn’t have been better.“

Jung Hae-in and Jung So-min recently starred in “Love Next Door“, portraying Choi Seung-hyo and Bae Seok-ryu, dazzling viewers with their on-screen chemistry. Back in September, dating rumors arose after the two did a joint photo shoot in Bali.

During a promotional interview for the movie “I, the Executioner” (directed by Ryoo Seung-wan), Jung Hae-in was asked, “Are you really dating?” He humorously responded “Are we really dating?” and added, “I won’t comment on that. Because this is an interview for ‘I, the Executioner’, I’m worried everything will turn into ‘Oh, he’s not dating Jung So-min’.“

Reflecting on this, Jung So-min said, “I understand why he said ‘no comment’, and it made sense to me.” When asked if she felt proud of the dating rumors due to their strong chemistry, she smilingly said, “I was happy because people seemed to see our chemistry as better than I expected.”

Meanwhile, “Love Next Door” is a romantic drama about a woman trying to reboot her life and a “mom’s friend’s son” who is her living dark past.
